Inspect, inspect, inspect!  So many inspections, but which ones pertain to you? There are general home inspections, septic inspections, sewer inspections, termite inspections, wood infestation inspections, EIFS inspections, radon inspections and the newest addition, mold inspections!  Although sellers are required to disclose"latent defects,"those that are not visible to the casual observer but which may surface later, Alabama law imposes a duty on the Buyer to thoroughly inspect a property, for defects or otherwise, prior to closing the sale.
